Mentorship Program

Each member is encouraged to participate in the Mentoring Program. Participation provides new members and those that are in the early stages of their careers to be matched with industry veterans to learn first-hand the tools of the trade, what it takes to be successful, as well as how to avoid the most common mistakes.

The AIMSE Mentoring Program gives our members:

• Access to get your foot in the door with Institutional Investors-Consultants & Plan Sponsors (meet face to face-need to stress the "meeting" part)
• Access to knowledge that will raise the quality of your sales and marketing interactions
• Access to sales and marketing plan development expertise
